How do I pay?
You pay the selected print shop directly using their UPI QR Code or cash. PrintQly does not collect printing charges.
Are my documents safe?
Yes. Documents are securely uploaded and are not permanently stored by the print shop. Files are automatically removed according to the platform's document retention policy.
Can I get home delivery?
Yes. If the selected print partner supports delivery, your printed documents can be delivered to your address.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before printing starts. If a refund is applicable, the print shop processes it directly and PrintQly tracks the refund status.
